HPLM Power Options

Like the PRO/1000 Series, HPLM vacuums are essentially identical on the outside and are available in different power and collection options. This combination of power and versatility makes HPLM well suited for a variety of applications.

2450

2450

The 2450 features a twin motor power plant that provides an impressive 450 CFM & 110″ of lift. This unit offers excellent performance for mid-sized walk behind grinders, scarifiers and other large surface preparation equipment. The 2450 is also at home in a manufacturing environment where it can serve as a dedicated dust collector for stationary machinery.

3690

3690

The 3690 is a step up from its little brother and features a tri-motor power plant that provides a whopping 690 CFM & 110″ of lift. This unit offers the highest level of performance and is a great fit for large walk behind grinders & polishers and other large surface preparation equipment. Like the 2450 the 3690 is great in a manufacturing environment where it can provide dust collection for a variety of applications.

Animation of Pulse-Bac automatic filter cleaning
Patented technology

The filter cleans itself. You keep working.

Pulse-Bac’s patented Automatic Pulse-Clean Technology™ cleans the filter while you work. Others may claim “automatic” or “pulse” cleaning, but look closely and they fall short of the original.

  • No air compressor or extra equipment
  • No stopping work to knock out filters
  • Only vacuums with the Pulse-Bac® name have it
More Power. Less Weight.

More Power. Less Weight.

HPLM vacuums provide a huge amount of power on a lightweight frame. Designed to be used with large concrete grinders and other surface preparation equipment or as a dedicated dust collector for manufacturing machinery, they provide a platform that is up to 70% lighter than vacuums with similar power levels.

HPLM Collection Options

We’ve given the HPLM two versatile collection options, so you can find the one that suits the way you work. Choose between a Longopac bagger or a 55 gallon drum.

Longopac Bagger

Longopac Bagger

Similar to the Revolution 360 Bagger found on our PRO/1000 Series, the HPLM Bagger option is strong, durable and maneuverable. Made of 12 gauge U.S. Steel and powder coated to prevent rust, this unique bagger design allows the user to grab and go from any direction and will fit through a standard 36″ doorway. Bagger units feature the Longopac Endless Bagging system and are equipped with our patented Easy Empty Valve System that allows the user to dump dust and debris without turning the vacuum off.

55 Gallon Drum Vac

55 Gallon Drum Vac

The HPLM “D” models offer all the performance of their bagger counterparts, but give you the large collection volume of a 55 gallon drum. The 3690D & 2450D can be used with any standard 55 gallon drum and when not sitting on the drum, the vacuum head will fit securely onto the four caster dolly for easy transport. Just remove the drum and place the vacuum head on the dolly and attach the special T-Handle. Now you can pull the unit on/off the job site with ease. No pre-separators or trailers to load up like other machines and only one person needed to do the job.

Features and Benefits

Durable Steel Construction

Durable Steel Construction

Pulse-Bac® units are made for the rugged conditions of a job-site. We don’t cut cost with molded plastic tanks, cheap electrical components and off-shore manufacturing. With tanks made of 16ga. cold-rolled U.S. steel and a steel assembly covered with by a high impact ABS plastic hood, Pulse-Bac® is made to keep working even in the most punishing conditions. Even details like wheels are heavy duty, non-marking polyurethane casters, instead of molded plastic wheels on thin spindles. Add the fact that every Pulse-Bac is assembled by hand in our facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma and you’ve got quality you can’t beat.

Easy Empty System

Easy Empty System

The Revolution 360 Bagger option features our patented Easy Empty Valve System. When the valve is opened to release the collected material into the bag, our specially designed vent ports allow air to continue to flow into the vacuum. This airflow stops dust from escaping and allows the vacuum to continue to run without the bag being sucked up into the canister. Once the debris has been dumped, you can tie off the Longopac® bag, remove it and start a new bag, without ever shutting off the vacuum.

Remote Start

Remote Start

Everyone has wanted this feature when they’ve started their tool before the vacuum. The remote fob included with HPLM Series vacuums can start the vacuum with the push of a button from up to 180 feet away.

Standing Empty

Standing Empty

We’ve made our awesome Easy Empty System even better with the addition of the Standing Auto-Close feature. This allows the user to open the dump valve releasing the collected dust & debris from a comfortable standing position and then automatically closes the valve once the lever is released.

Longopac Bagging

Longopac Bagging

Popular with contractors in many fields, the Longopac endless bagging system provides a quick, dust-free bagging solution that has never worked better now that it is paired with Pulse-Bac’s patented Easy Empty Valve system.

Cyclonic Debris Management

Cyclonic Debris Management

The Cyclonic Debris Management system comes standard on all vacuum tanks, extenders, and preseparators. Our CDM system works with our pulsing technology and prevents upwards of 90% of dust and debris from ever reaching the filter. The CDM system stops dust and debris from constantly cycling up to the filters and holds it at the bottom of the tank until discarded.

All Pulse-Bac vacuums are compliant with OSHA Silica Standard (Crystalline Silica Standard for Construction under 29 CFR 1926.1153). In fact, even our original Pulse-Bac Vacuums from 15 years ago comply with requirements set forth in Table 1 of the Standard.

Designed & Built in America

The American Spirit is unstoppable and unrelenting. When you invest in a Pulse-Bac vacuum you not only get the most advanced, best working vacuum available today, but a piece of that spirit, helping employ hard-working Americans all over this country.

Pulse-Bac is an American owned, American operated company. All of the design and assembly work on every Pulse-Bac vacuum happens in our Tulsa, Oklahoma plant.

Lifetime Service & Support

Pulse-Bac vacuums are famous for their longevity and reliability. However even the best built machine needs maintenance from time to time, especially in the tough conditions where Pulse-Bac vacuums are used.

That's why all Pulse-Bac vacuums include FREE Lifetime Service & Support. This covers the cost of in-house labor and provides free phone or internet support for life. Coverage starts the moment the vacuum leaves the factory and continues for the lifetime of the machine, no matter how many owners it may have.

What is covered: the cost of labor for service provided by a Pulse-Bac factory service technician, and over-the-phone or other remote support (email, FaceTime or chat).

What is not covered: the cost of shipping, or the cost of parts when the unit is out of warranty. Coverage does not include phone carrier charges or reimbursement of other expenses unless outlined in this agreement.

HEPA Filtration You Can Depend On

Each of our patented 5 Point filters is individually serialized & tested to ensure they meet the US Government 99.97% @ .3 micron HEPA Standard required by OSHA, EPA & NIOSH regulations.

Models with Dual Stage Filtration have an additional filter on the motor exhaust to add an extra layer of protection. These models are an excellent choice when working with more hazardous materials like lead paint or asbestos.

All filters are individually tested to IEST RP CC007.3.
