Industrial Manufacturing

Dust control that keeps the line running.

Manufacturing shops and production facilities make dust all day long. Cabinet shops, millwork, fabrication, stone and composite plants all generate fine dust from saws, CNC routers, sanders, grinders and finishing lines. That dust coats machinery, wears out bearings and motors, creates slip and housekeeping problems, and ends up in the air your employees breathe.

Why manufacturers choose Pulse-Bac

In production, a vacuum that loses suction means downtime. Ordinary industrial vacuums clog as their filters load up, and someone has to stop and clean them. Pulse-Bac's patented Automatic Pulse-Clean Technology cleans the filters while the vacuum runs, so airflow stays consistent from the start of a shift to the end, with no compressed air required.

Pulse-Bac works well as a dedicated dust collector on stationary machines like table saws, panel saws and CNC equipment, and as a portable vacuum for cleanup around the plant. The PRO-311 handles mid-sized stationary tools, while the HPLM 2450 and 3690 deliver 450 to 690 CFM for larger machinery. Every unit uses individually tested HEPA filters (99.97% @ 0.3 microns), heavy-gauge U.S. steel construction, and is built by hand in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Bagging options like the Longopac Endless Bagging system and our patented Easy Empty Valve let you empty collected dust without shutting the vacuum off or exposing your crew to it.
