The
PB-2500 can take on the dirtiest environments without ever
clogging the filters. Equipped with our patented Pulse-Bac®
filtration technology, the PB-2500 can vacuum dust and debris
from the finest powders. Our non-clogging filtration system is
ideal for capturing dust generated by surface preparation
equipment and tools, manufacturing machinery, or your need!
The Pulse-Bac
2500 is ideal for vacuuming up fine powders like powder
coat, concrete, wood, asbestos, fiberglass, drywall and any
other non-combustible dry material. Our patented filtration
system is able to maintain lift and suction from start to
finish. Unlike today's standard vacuums that begin to loose
suction once the filter becomes faced with debris, CDCLarue
Pulse-Bac vacuums automatically and continually
flushes dust and debris off the filter while you work,
preventing them from ever becoming faced with debris and
clogging.
This exclusive technology
allows air to move continually through the vacuum thereby preventing
the loss of lift and CFM. This
profound design
increases productivity, maximizes uptime, lowers maintenance cost, and increases filter life by 10 fold.
Pulse-Bac
Technology works by flushing the filters clear every 15
seconds using only ambient air and vacuum, no blowers,
compressors, shakers or buttons to push. Just turn it on and
automatically the vacuum does the rest. Guaranteed!

Tank Capacity Sensor
CDCLarue™ is the first in the
industry to offer TCS™ Equipment, standard on all PB-2000 Series, TCS is a
t ank
sensor located inside the upper collection chamber. This sensor
warns the user via audible alarm and a flashing LED when debris
inside the collection chamber has reached a pre-determined
amount. If the user fails to discard the dust or debris in a
timely manner, the sensor will automatically shut off the
vacuum, preventing the tank from being over

Dust Removal
Performance Over Time
CDCLarue dust
removal performance stays
constant over
time unlike other manufacturers

While
other dust vacuums loose lift and C.F.M. during operation,
Pulse-Bac®
dust vacuums do not. In independent test conducted by an outside
3rd party, CDCLarue dust vacuums maintain both lift and C.F.M. from start to finish with no change
or loss, no other vacuum
equipment tested was able to do the same.
The PB-2500 is equipped with two sealed
collection tanks. Each tank sits above one of two dust tray bins.
The PB-2500 vacuum system allows the user to collect dust and
debris in the upper tank, and at the same time discard the debris
that has been dump into the collection tray bin with out ever
turning off or stopping the vacuum.
